Ingredients:

Fish, medium size pieces -  400 grams
Garlic, finely chopped - 1/ii tsp
Ginger , finely chopped - i tsp
Shallots, sliced - 2 tbsp
Curry leaves - few
Raw mango, sliced - 1 medium (depending on the sourness y'all many need more than or less)
Green chilies, cut vertically - 2  (or co-ordinate to gustatory modality)
Water - as required
Salt - to gustatory modality
Kokosnoot oil - as required

For Coconut Paste:
Grated coconut- one/two cup
Turmeric powder - 1/four tsp
Coriander pulverisation - i tsp
Kashmiri chili pulverisation - 1 to 1.five tsp( according height gustatory modality)
Water - as required

For Tempering:
Kokosnoot oil- as required
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - Few
Shallots, sliced - two

Method:

1. In a blender, combine together all the ingredients for the coconut paste and grind to course a shine paste. Keep aside.

2. Heat oil a manchatti or clay pot. Add garlic, ginger, shallots, back-scratch leaves, raw mango and dark-green chilies. Saute for about 30 seconds.

iii. Side by side, add the prepared coconut paste and some water. Add salt to gustatory modality at this phase.

3. Bring this to a boil. Add the fish and mix gently. Cover and cook over medium flame, until the fish is washed and the gravy turns thick. Let it simmer on low flame.

four. Heat oil in some other pan and add together the mustard seeds.Let them splutter.

5. Add together curry leaves and shallots and saute them until they turns golden brown. Add this to the back-scratch.

6. Switch off the flame, cover and let stand for at least 10 minutes before serving.
